Overall had very nice stay in the room past check-out time. Truly enjoyed the king room with jacuzzi bath and the way it was setup. The staff were amiable ; we had a friendly check-in.

Wanted to explore Little Rock and this hotel was ideal place for doing it.

The staff was available all day, glad they didn't disappear! Breakfast, Wi-Fi, and gym on point! I had a blast meeting all the wild animals, especially the tigers.

The room was amazing! It had a huge TV, a cozy work area, and a fridge and microwave, which made me feel right at home.

The location was fantastic, with Arkansas Skatium Roller Skating Rink just a short walk away. Our room was cozy and very clean, featuring soft carpeting and a selection of pillows. We paid $110 for it.

The front desk staff was unhelpful and made it difficult to find a luggage cart. Noise from the lobby and breakfast area easily reached rooms on the second floor near the indoor balcony.

It was a wonderful and fairly clean hotel. Courteous staff from housekeeping up to and including the manager. - the location was marvelous to all areas of town that we required. - It’s adjacent to surrounding stores.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay on family vacation. The rooms were huge and impressive. Great NYC views from the room. Jacuzzi bath was a nice touch. Hotel's location was excellent, close to Arkansas Heart Hospital and Shakelford Crossing.
